Our client is a nationally recognized, privately held real estate developer, general contractor, and Owner's Project Management (OPM) firm with over 30 years of experience specializing in the multifamily sector-their core focus and area of deep expertise. While headquartered in Maryland, the firm is actively expanding into new regions! Their Connecticut construction team is in a pivotal, growth-oriented phase-building a local footprint with the support of a tight-knit, family-oriented group. Job Description
- Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress.
- Communicate effectively with Project Management, design teams, ownership, and subcontractors to resolve field issues as they arise.
- Maintain and update daily logs, reports, and site documentation using Procore or similar project management tools.
- Assist with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes.
- Enforce company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Support schedule development and updates in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager

The Successful Applicant
- 3-5 years of onsite construction experience in ground-up projects.
- Multifamily project experience heavily preferred
- Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Navisworks, and Bluebeam (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to solving problems in the field.
What's on Offer
- Competitive Base Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
- SIGN-ON BONUS = $7500
- 20 days PTO + Paid Holidays
