Lead field operations for hospitality, multifamily, retail, restaurant, aviation, and commercial construction projects. Manage site safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination from project startup through closeout. Serve as the primary field representative with clients, ownership groups, architects, and project stakeholders. Collaborate closely with project managers and assistant project managers to drive project execution and maintain project documentation. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using industry-standard software and reporting tools. Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements, and compliance with local regulations. Mentor and support field staff while helping establish best practices across projects. Drive project performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction on projects ranging up to approximately $25M. Assist leadership in scaling operations as the hospitality division continues to grow. Work directly with company owners and senior leadership on strategic field initiatives and project delivery.
A Successful Superintendent Should have: 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a reputable general contractor. Experience managing hospitality, commercial, retail, restaurant, aviation, or multifamily construction projects. Ground-up construction experience preferred, with exposure to projects up to $25M. Strong leadership presence with excellent client-facing communication skills. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, scheduling tools, and Excel. Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA CSL). Ability to commute to project sites throughout Massachusetts and surrounding markets. Strong understanding of construction safety, quality management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
