A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent | CT:
Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
Enforce site safety standards and company policies.
Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project closeout activities.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Consultants.
Resolve field issues proactively while maintaining project productivity.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.

A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent | CT:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
Experience managing commercial interiors, renovations, healthcare, retail, educational, or ground-up projects.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
OSHA certification preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software is a plus.
