Grounds and Landscaping Hidden Valley HOA

Job Summary:We are searching for an individual to be part of our grounds crew. You be would need to be available for 40 hours of work per week with a pay range from $16.50-$18.50 per hr.A successful landscaper at Hidden Valley HOA will provide excellent service while always keeping quality in mind. The ability to use different hand and power tools and equipment is necessary. We are looking for a motivated individual, who is dependable and has reliable transportation. Job Functions:TrimmingMowing lawns, raking and disposal of grass clippingsShrub and tree trimmingRaking and disposal of leavesWeedingPlanting of grass seed, flowers, shrubs, and treesFertilizationGrounds pick-upsRemoval of dead shrubs and treesOther tasks as assigned by the Superintendent Physical Demands:Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.Physical stamina Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.  Requirements:Reliable transportationAbility to be on time for shiftOperate as a part of a teamExhibit and demonstrate initiative Prior experience in landscaping and grounds keeping  Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
