We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Facility Maintenance Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and health of the golf course grounds and clubhouse. This includes performing various tasks to ensure the clubhouse and course are in top condition for golfers, including mowing, trimming, irrigation, landscaping, and minor repairs.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Operate various types of mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens, tees, and roughsPerform trimming around trees, bunkers, and other obstaclesAssist with the installation, operation, and maintenance of the irrigation system to ensure proper watering of all course areasRake and maintain sand traps to ensure they are in good playing conditionAssist in setting up the course for daily play, including moving tee markers, replacing divots, repairing ball marks, and ensuring hazard markers are in placePlant, trim, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers around the golf course and club facilitiesPerform basic maintenance and cleaning of groundskeeping equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safelyApply pesticides and herbicides as needed, following all safety protocols and regulationsAssist with leaf cleanup and other seasonal tasks as requiredMonitor for spills throughout the facility and clean as neededClean all floor surfaces and glass in facilityClean, restock, and maintain all bathrooms: toilets, sinks, floors, etc. Clean all guest seating and lobby areaFacility trash removalAssist other departments as necessary Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by managementProvide courteous and friendly service to all guests with answers and directions as needed Have general knowledge regarding program options and facility eventsBe responsive to guest concerns and direct to appropriate Manager to resolveMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team MembersMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilityCommitment to the safety and wellbeing of othersHave sports experience or an interest to learnWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend into awkward positions while performing job functionsFacility has intermittent noiseWill be required to operate a computerMust be able to walk intermittentlyMust be able to successfully complete our Utility Vehicle training program
