Grounds Helper

TITLE: GROUNDS HELPER

QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in operation of grounds maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmer, etc.)

REPORTS TO: Building and Grounds Supervisor for assignment daily.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Is responsible for daily cleaning and lubrication of grounds department equipment or as directed by Supervisor.

2. Will be required to learn all phases of grounds department, taking directions from the Head Grounds Keeper or

Maintenance Supervisor.

3. Will be required to report to work on snow day early enough to clear sidewalks and parking lot by 8 a.m., unless

instructed differently by Head Grounds Keeper.

4. Is responsible for trash removal under the direction of Head Grounds Keeper.

5. Is responsible for all other duties assigned by Head Grounds Keeper or Building and Grounds Supervisor.

SALARY & BENEFITS: Penns Grove- Carneys Point Regional Teacher Negotiated Agreement

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $57,856.00-69,406.00
