Grounds Keeper $680+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
- General labor, groundskeeping, apartment maintenance, or similar experience preferred
- Apartment/multi-family property experience is a plus
- Must be able to work independently without constant supervision
- Perform groundskeeping and upkeep of apartment community, leasing office, parking lots, and common areas
- Remove trash from office areas, grounds, and vacant apartments
- Assist with apartment cleanouts and make-ready preparation
- Assist with basic mechanical, carpentry, and electrical maintenance tasks
- Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Must be neat, clean, professional, and able to communicate effectively with residents and staff
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
