Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to maintain our HOA grounds alongside our maintenance team and support operations at our private beach. This role combines outdoor maintenance with resident interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working outside and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Maintain HOA grounds
Keep common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained
Groom and maintain beach area (raking, trash removal, organization)
Greet and assist residents and guests at the beach
Help homeowners with equipment, including lifting and returning kayaks
Perform seasonal maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Capable of lifting and moving equipment (kayaks, etc.)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Friendly and helpful attitude with good customer service skills
Previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required
