    Job Description

    The Grounds Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, neat, and orderly grounds to ensure an attractive and welcoming appearance of the property.

    • High school diploma or GED required.

    • Experience in grounds, facilities, or general maintenance preferred.

    • Ability to successfully complete on‑the‑job training.

    • Valid driver's license required.

    • Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance tools and equipment is helpful.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong‑ attention to detail.

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced‑, interruptive environment.

    • Knowledge of maintenance safety practices, including PPE usage and hazard recognition.

    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors.

    • Exposure to varied temperatures, weather conditions, fumes, chemicals, and confined areas.

    • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all property grounds, including mowing, edging, weeding, raking leaves, and sweeping parking lots, garages, and walkways.

    • Plant, remove, relocate, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements to support an attractive property appearance.

    • Remove trash, debris, and litter from all exterior areas and parking facilities; empty and maintain trash receptacles as needed.

    • Inspect and ensure that signs, posts, fencing, and related fixtures are straight, secure, and in good condition.

    • Promote a safe and secure environment for guests and team members by identifying and reporting hazards or maintenance concerns.

    • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and fellow team members.

    • Develop working knowledge of the property's facilities and entertainment offerings in order to assist guests when needed.

    • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Maintenance and Facilities departments.
