Come be the spark at Warm Hearth! We're looking for a dedicated Grounds Worker. This position will be part of a team responsible for the upkeep of the grounds Village-wide. Previous experience in planting, trimming, mulching, weeding, and snow removal will be helpful, as will knowledge of using mowers, weed eaters, trimmer, chainsaw, pressure washer, and all grounds-related hand tools.

This is a FT position with an expected schedule of 7:00am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Some overtime will be required contingent of winter weather. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to walk at least 2 hours per day. Lifting and moving up to 50lbs.

Valid Drivers License and Background check required.

Expected pay rate is competitive. We also offer a robust benefits package. FT employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire. Preferences :

• One year of experience in groundskeeping, especially in an apartment, townhome, or retirement community.
