Join Us in Rebuilding Communities
Parity Homes is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help care for outdoor spaces throughout the Harlem Park community. This hands-on role is essential to keeping common areas clean, safe, and welcoming. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in neat spaces, and want your efforts to directly support community wellbeing, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Parity innovatively restores long-abandoned West Baltimore rowhomes by leveraging the social capital of residents and community networks. We create pathways to affordable homeownership through block-by-block revitalization models rooted in development without displacement. Our work ensures that those historically excluded from wealth-building can help lead and benefit from neighborhood reinvestment.
We are more than a homebuilder -- we are reimagining how Black neighborhoods are valued. With collaboration, warmth, and craftsmanship at our core, we are a small, mission-driven team committed to equity and community power.
