BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Porter for a residential community in Bloomfield, NJ 07003. This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment turn or maintenance experience who is ready to start immediately and grow into a long-term role.
Position Details
Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
Clean breezeways, stairwells, and common areas
Remove trash from dumpsters, common areas, and exterior spaces
Perform light landscaping tasks such as:
Raking, blowing, and debris removal
Watering plants and maintaining flower beds
Assist maintenance staff with basic tasks as needed
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to onsite staff
