Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Precision Staffing is seeking a Groundskeeper to provide high-quality maintenance and landscaping support for a well-known local housing authority. This is a long-term temporary opportunity. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of groundskeeping and exterior maintenance tasks to ensure properties are well-kept and visually appealing. The candidate will use a company vehicle to travel between different property sites.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, clean, and remove trash as needed to maintain curb appeal on all CMHA properties.
- Cut grass, rake leaves, and shovel snow.
- Perform general landscaping tasks, including planting and pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, and creating new beds.
- Sweep and clean walkways, maintaining orderly exterior areas.
- Operate power mowers, weed whackers, tractors, and snow removal equipment safely.
- Move furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Remove graffiti from buildings using sandblasting or steam.
- Assist with trash-out of vacant units.
- Clean exterior common areas of buildings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record required.
