Diamond Trail and Lake Apartments in Oklahoma City, OK has an immediate opening for a Groundskeeper! This position will float between both properties as needed! Excellent growth potential as the portfolio expands. www.liveatinland.comThe goal of this position is to provide residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the Groundskeeper include but are not limited to grounds pick up, landscaping, snow removal, record keeping, assisting and accepting deliveries, moving appliances, assisting with general repairs, and any other related duties, as directed by the Site Manager, Assistant Manager, Regional Property Manager.Core Responsibilities:

Demonstrates highest standards of personal and professional integrity adheres to company's policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws, government rules, and regulations.Physically walks the property, removes trash, litter, and debris from the grounds.Reports all major repairs and/or needs to the maintenance team.Performs interior and exterior painting duties when requested.Distributes communication to residents.Helps clean and maintain storage areas.Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing property storage and management of hazardous materials.Snow removal from the property, able to push a salt spreader.Knowledge and ability to use a lawnmower and landscaping tools/equipment.Be knowledgeable in local and state codes for permitting, sign ordinances, and pool regulations.Ability to commute to pick up replacement parts and supplies from vendors.Willing to work outdoors in all conditions.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Able to lift up to 50 lbs to a minimum of should height, climb ladders and stairs, walk between buildings and on building roofs.Must be able to stoop, kneel, and bend and work on items at floor level.Ability to interact efficiently with prospects, residents, peers, and management.Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.Be able to work evenings and weekends.Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.
