Groundskeeper Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Wisconsin driver''s license with the ability to safely transport yourself and materials and operate company vehicles as needed.
• Prefer: Landscaping experience.

What you''ll do as a Groundskeeper:

• Maintain campus grounds and landscaping through tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, snow removal, and reporting landscape or building issues.
• Perform preventive and general maintenance on equipment, vehicles, campus buildings, and related systems, ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).
• Support facility upkeep through construction, repairs, cleaning, and adherence to safety regulations and organizational policies.
