About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hands-on Groundskeeping & Facility Maintenance professionals to help maintain both the interior and exterior of the property. This role is essential in ensuring the environment remains safe, clean, functional, and visually well-kept at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping duties including lawn care, trimming, and general outdoor upkeep
- Complete minor repairs, painting, and routine maintenance tasks
- Monitor and assist with basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Coordinate with external vendors for larger repairs and projects
- Maintain safety standards and report any hazards or issues promptly
- Ensure overall property appearance meets cleanliness and quality expectations
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, handyman, or landscaping experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems and repair work
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks regularly
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
