Groundskeeper
TradeWorX is hiring 4 Groundskeepers for an immediate opportunity in the Greensburg, PA area. This is a hands-on outdoor position focused on grounds maintenance, digging, cleanup, landscaping support, and general labor. Experience operating a backhoe, excavator, tractor, or similar equipment is a plus but is not required.

Pay & Overtime:

• $21.00 per hour
• Full-time opportunity
• Overtime may be available or required based on workload
• 640-hour temp-to-hire opportunity

Schedule:

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Day-shift work
• Immediate start
• Exact daily reporting hours to be confirmed prior to start

Job Duties:

• Perform digging, grounds maintenance, landscaping, and general outdoor labor
• Mow, trim, rake, remove brush, and assist with property cleanup
• Use hand tools, power tools, and grounds-maintenance equipment safely
• Move materials and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Assist with general maintenance of cemetery grounds and work areas
• Operate backhoe, excavator, tractor, or similar equipment when qualified and authorized

Requirements:

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, construction labor, or similar outdoor work preferred
• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to safely use common hand, power, and grounds-maintenance tools
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Backhoe or excavator experience is a plus, not a requirement

• Maintains a safe, steady work pace
• Comfortable working in a professional cemetery environment
• Groundskeeping, landscaping, or equipment experience is helpful
• Available to start quickly
