Groundskeeper - Full-Time, Year-Round Work
Location: Southgate Apartments
Pay: $16 - $18/hr DOE + Bonuses

What You'll Get

What You'll Do
Pick up trash, clean lots, curbs, and common areas
Mow, trim, edge, rake, fertilize, and maintain flowerbeds
Light tree/bush trimming + irrigation checks
Snow removal in winter
Pool cleaning and seasonal prep
Help the maintenance team when needed
What You Need
6+ months landscaping/grounds work
Able to run mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
Willing to work outside year-round
Friendly and dependable
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License.
