As a Groundskeeper, you’ll take pride in hands-on work, operate professional equipment, and contribute to a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment. Each team member is trusted with maintaining designated areas, giving you a sense of ownership and accomplishment in your work.
Minimum Age Requirement: 19
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence and initiative
- Perform routine landscape maintenance and property upkeep across assigned areas
- Maintain clean, polished grounds using backpack blowers and professional-grade tools
- Apply modern horticultural practices for landscape installation and plant care
- Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and grasses to promote plant health and visual appeal
- Remove debris, dead trees, and limbs to ensure safe, well-maintained outdoor spaces
- Support weed control and vegetation management programs
- Apply fertilizers and approved treatments to maintain healthy turf and landscaping
- Safely operate commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers and hand tools
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Keep tools clean, organized, and ready for daily use
- Identify and report safety hazards or property concerns
- Follow all safety standards, policies, and operational procedures
- Assist other teams and take on additional tasks to support overall property excellence
Qualifications & Skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in learning hands-on landscaping and outdoor skills
Required:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Active, hands-on role involving walking, lifting, and outdoor labor
- Exposure to varied weather conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, etc.)
- Work with equipment and environments that may involve higher noise levels
Employment Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
