Hire Priority Staffing, leaders in Multifamily Maintenance Staffing, is currently seeking an experienced Groundskeeper / Porter for a multifamily apartment community in Huntsville, TX. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working team player who takes pride in maintaining the appearance of the property and creating a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The position supports a pet-friendly residential community near Sam Houston State University, so consistency, responsiveness, and professionalism are important.

Groundskeeper Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common areas
• Assist with the exterior upkeep of buildings and property grounds
• Work with the property manager and maintenance team to prioritize daily responsibilities
• Help preserve strong curb appeal through detailed and consistent groundskeeping
• Proactively identify and respond to unexpected property needs, including weather-related cleanup
• Remove trash, debris, and pet waste from common areas
• Assist with basic pool area upkeep and exterior amenity cleanliness
• Support the team with additional property cleanup and porter duties as needed

• Pay: From $19 per hour
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
