Groundskeeper / Landscaper

Location: Woodcrest Villa 

Current Opening: 

• Full-time (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) 

• Includes on-call for snow removal 

The Groundskeeper assists the Supervisor of Grounds in maintaining the TANDEM LIVING grounds, shrubs, trees, and grass. This position is performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A valid PA driver’s license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age to operate company vehicles.

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience working as a groundskeeper or nursery worker preferred but not required .

• Pesticide license preferred or must be obtained within one year.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assists in caring for all TANDEM LIVING grounds including trimming trees and shrubs, maintaining flower beds, and mowing grass.

• Properly applies pesticides. 

• Assists in implementing snow and ice procedures. 

• Safely drives a car, van, truck, or tractor in a variety of weather conditions. Provides assistance with the maintenance and upkeep of equipment related to grounds care.
