What You’ll Do:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds and amenities
- Perform light maintenance tasks including cleaning vacant units and work orders
- Respond to resident and team requests promptly and courteously
- Help manage tools, supplies, and equipment inventory
- Follow all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of related experience or training
- Ability to walk the property, lift up to 25lbs regularly, and work outdoors in all weather
- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
