Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is an individual contributor responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor areas. This role encompasses routine daily tasks, seasonal projects, and preparations for special events, ensuring all grounds are well-kept, safe, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Mow and trim grass to maintain neat landscapes
• Perform landscaping duties including mulching and weed control
• Trim and maintain trees to promote healthy growth
• Manage pond maintenance to ensure clean and safe water features
• Maintain and repair groundskeeping equipment
• Remove debris to keep grounds tidy and hazard-free

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in groundskeeping
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of landscaping, equipment maintenance, tree trimming, mulching, grass mowing, and pond maintenance
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina for outdoor manual work
