Groundskeeper/Maintenance

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment. DUTIES

• Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding in the summer months; snow removal and salting in the winter months and maintenance on parking lots.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of outdoor spaces.
• Perform some general building maintenance including painting and using hand and power tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Ohio Drivers License and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
• Proficient in using mowing equipment, hand tools and power tools.
