We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a strong work ethic.
As a key member of our maintenance crew, you ll use a variety of landscaping tools and outdoor power equipment to keep our grounds clean, attractive, and well-maintained year-round.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf removal
Operate a range of outdoor power equipment such as lawn mowers, blowers, trimmers, and pressure washers
Collect and properly dispose of trash and recycling from outdoor areas
Trim and shape bushes, shrubs, and hedges for aesthetic appeal and safety
Prepare soil, plant flowers, trees, and other greenery; water and maintain as needed
Prune trees and manage plant health
Utilize hand tools for detailed landscaping tasks
Perform basic equipment maintenance to ensure tools remain in good working condition
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Support general maintenance needs across the property as assigned
