Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance of the dealership grounds and parking lots.
- Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Paint interior and exterior areas as needed.
- Replace light bulbs and light fixtures.
- Perform light plumbing repairs.
- Complete small carpentry and general maintenance projects.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and ice treatment.
- Keep the dealership clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and employees.
- Help with miscellaneous facility projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Basic maintenance, handyman, or building maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Pay & Benefits
- $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience.
- Weekly pay.
- 3 weeks of paid vacation after your first year.
