We are seeking dedicated and motivated Groundskeeper / Make-Ready team members to support our Class A luxury apartment communities. This role is essential in maintaining curb appeal, preparing apartment homes, and ensuring our properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Compensation: $20.00/hour for Groundskeeper responsibilities; $22.00-$25.00/hour for candidates with Make-Ready experience, depending on qualifications and experience.

What You'll Do
Maintain exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and well maintained
Perform general groundskeeping and pool area upkeep
Assist with landscaping tasks including planting, weeding, and trimming
Remove trash and debris from the property
Support make-ready operations including trash-outs, unit cleaning, and apartment preparation
Complete light maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, pressure washing, and cleaning windows
Assist the maintenance team with additional property needs as assigned
Help maintain a clean, safe, and resident-friendly environment
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of groundskeeping, make-ready, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Customer service mindset with attention to detail
Ability to perform light maintenance and physical tasks throughout the day
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the maintenance field
