Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with some related experience and/or training
- Willingness to learn maintenance skills and grow within the company
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to walk the property regularly and climb stairs/ladders as needed
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds
- Assist with building upkeep, amenities, and common areas
- Complete make-readies, punch items, and assist in preparing apartment homes for new residents
- Support the maintenance team with light repairs and tasks as needed
- Ensure timely and courteous service to residents and team members
- Maintain tools, equipment, and organized work areas
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines at all times
