Job Overview

• Location: Conroe, TX (near The Woodlands)
• Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8AM - 5PM
• Industry: Multifamily Property Management / Apartment Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common areas
• Help preserve strong curb appeal through daily groundskeeping and porter duties
• Remove trash, debris, and pet waste throughout the community
• Assist with exterior building upkeep and community amenities
• Help maintain cleanliness around the pool, courtyards, and shared outdoor spaces
• Proactively identify and respond to daily property needs, including weather-related cleanup
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to prioritize tasks as needed
• Support the team with additional property cleanup and exterior maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or general labor preferred
• Multifamily experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
