BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper (Porter) to support an apartment community in Granbury, TX 76048. Position Details

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep
• Support the maintenance team with general property tasks
• Help prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleanup
• Power wash walkways and exterior surfaces as needed
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests

Requirements

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to property appearance
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ready to start immediately
