Looking for short-term hands‑on work during student turn season. This Porter/Groundskeeper contract role supports a student housing community during peak move‑out and move‑in activity. Ideal for someone dependable, physically capable, and ready to work hard on specific dates.

Position Overview You will assist with student turns by supporting trash‑outs, grounds cleanup, and furniture installation. This role is very active and requires reliability on all scheduled workdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with trash‑outs during student unit turns
• Perform grounds cleanup and debris removal
• Support furniture installation and setup as needed
• Help keep the community clean, safe, and move‑in ready

Qualifications

• Prior porter, groundskeeping, or move‑out/turn experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Available to work all scheduled dates listed below

• Pay Rate: $18/hour
• Schedule: Daytime hours, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
