Groundskeeper

The Intelliplex Building & Grounds Maintenance performs all duties necessary to maintain the outside perimeter of the buildings and landscape of MHP properties. These duties include, but are not limited to: trash removal, mowing, weeding, applying chemicals, trimming & planting and the operation of lawn equipment and tools associated with lawn/garden care. Mowers, tractors, tillers, trimmers, saws, power washers, parking lot sweepers. Performs other Engineering duties as assigned. All employees in this position must always maintain an active driver’s license and, at least, the minimum auto insurance requirements from the state of Indiana. Employees must always abide by the quali?cations of the signed MHP Driving Agreement.
