Job Description
We are seeking a Groundskeeper for a multifamily housing project.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform all grounds keeping duties including lawn upkeep, parking facilities, the property in general.
Checks and replaces exterior lighting on a regular basis.
Perform pressure washing and light painting.
Maintains awareness of proper safety precautions at all times.
Consistently observes the condition of the community throughout the property and immediately reports and/or initiates action to correct unsafe conditions.
Ensures that garbage areas are clean and kept up throughout the shift.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation & Drivers License .
Pass a background check
$19-20/hour
