Groundskeeper / Porter

Hire Priority Staffing, leaders in Multifamily Maintenance Staffing, is currently seeking a Groundskeeper / Porter for a multifamily apartment community in Southwest Houston. We are looking for a dependable, hard-working team player who takes pride in maintaining the appearance of the property and creating a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The position supports a gated, pet-friendly community in the Westwood area offering one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with amenities such as a fitness center, playground, dog park, grilling areas, and on-site management with 24-hour maintenance.

Groundskeeper Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common areas
• Help keep the property picked up and looking good throughout the day
• Assist with the exterior upkeep of buildings and community grounds
• Work with the Lead Maintenance and property team to prioritize daily responsibilities
• Help preserve strong curb appeal through detailed and consistent groundskeeping
• Proactively identify and respond to daily property cleanup needs
• Remove trash, debris, and pet waste from common areas
• Support the team with additional porter and groundskeeping duties as needed

• Pay: From $16-$18 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
