The Groundskeeper performs a full range of grounds maintenance and gardening duties; assists in various related construction and landscaping projects; and prepares other special venues according to the user's request or published specifications.
Essential Functions
Mows lawns, trims, prunes trees, fertilizes, maintains irrigation systems, waters, sweeps walkways and building entry ways.
Operates various grounds equipment such as tractors, mowers, edger's, trimmers, spreaders, aerators, top dressers, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
