We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of our apartment community. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors through excellent property upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including common areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaping.
- Pick up litter, remove debris, and empty trash receptacles.
- Perform basic landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, watering, and planting.
- Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including leaf removal and snow/ice management as needed.
- Clean and maintain amenities, pool areas, breezeways, and outdoor facilities.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and property damage to management.
- Support maintenance staff with minor tasks and property inspections.
- Ensure all grounds equipment and tools are used safely and properly maintained.
Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to property appearance.
- Valid driver's license.
