    **$200 Hiring Bonus after 90 Days**
     
    Position Available: Full Time Groundskeeper - 1st Shift
     
    Scheduled: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm at Troy School District
     
    Wage: $20.50/hour

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Maintain facility grounds, which includes mowing grass, weed whipping, edging, blowing grass off sidewalks and parking lot, trimming shrubbery, raking, and weeding.
    • Removes snow from sidewalks and driveways and spread sand, salt to prevent slipping, requiring additional hours to be worked before/after regular shift
    • Respond to scheduled and/or unscheduled Emergency events.
    • Follow all safety standards as outlined in company policy and OSHA regulations.
    • Additional duties as assigned or needed.
    Position Requirements:
    • Some grounds experience required
    • General knowledge/experience in repair/service/PM of the following equipment:
      • Compact tractors; Kubota UTV; Golf cart; Equipment trailers; Lawn mowers; Truck/UTV snowplows; Truck/UTV salters; Walk behind snow blowers; Trucks (3/4 ton and 2 ton)
    • GED/High School Diploma
    • Valid driver’s license (no restrictions)
    • Must be able to pass a background check
    • Must be able to pass a DMV check (have a clean driving record) to be approved to drive company vehicles
    • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Maintain a positive attitude which supports team performance and productivity.
    • Must have team aptitude and approach.
