Position Summary:This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of the apartment community. This role ensures that all outdoor areas, common spaces, and amenities are well-kept, safe, and welcoming for residents, guests, and prospective residents.Key Responsibilities:Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, breezeways, stairwells, and amenity spacesPerform daily property walks to remove trash, debris, and litter from grounds and landscaped areasOversee landscaping vendors and provide assistance, as neededAssist with seasonal landscaping tasks such as leaf removal, mulching, and snow/ice removal, if requestedEmpty trash receptacles and ensure dumpster areas are clean and orderlyReport any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to the maintenance team and Community ManagerAssist the maintenance team with minor tasks and unit turns as neededEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all timesAll other tasks, as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Basic knowledge and ability to operate landscaping equipment and maintenance toolsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to frequently walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and time management skillsMust be able to provide proof of valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportatioWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
