JOB SUMMARY The Grounds Keeper is responsible for maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor space.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Moving LawnsEdging lawnsTrimming weeds/grass from parking lotsBlowing debris from sidewalks/parking lotsPicking up trash from hospital grounds including the dumpster areaEmptying outside trash cansUsing power washer to clean sidewalks, parking areas, loading dock, dumpster areaTrimming hedgesWatering plantsMaintaining lawns including planting, fertilizing, soil conditions, mulching, and applying pesticidesOperating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipmentPainting curbs and parking lot stripes as assignedOther maintenance duties that may be assignedEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSHigh School Graduate or GED requiredPlease indicate whether you have ever been convicted of a crime, including any misdemeanors and/or DUI/DWI.
