Pay: $17/hr | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in Winston‑Salem, NC (27104). This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping outdoor spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds
• Remove trash and debris from common areas and outdoor spaces
• Assist with lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep
• Power‑wash walkways, breezeways, and building exteriors as needed
• Support maintenance staff with basic tasks when required
• Ensure the property always looks neat, safe, and resident‑ready

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
• Strong attention to detail and pride in property appearance
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
