Golf Course Groundskeeper (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Barefoot Resort & Golf is currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Golf Course Groundskeepers. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors at one of the premier multi-course golf facilities in the country while being part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional playing conditions.

Position Overview:
Groundskeepers play a key role in maintaining the daily conditioning and presentation of our golf courses. Responsibilities include a variety of course maintenance tasks to ensure the highest level of quality for our members and guests.

Responsibilities Include:

• Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
• Raking bunkers and maintaining sand conditions
• Assisting with course setup, including changing cups and tee markers
• Trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance of the course at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior golf course or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work early morning hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
