About the Role:
Countryside Cutters LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Groundsman to join our growing team in Fawn Grove, PA! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, keep properties looking their best, and build a rewarding career in the landscaping and grounds maintenance industry.



Responsibilities:

• Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Assist with landscape installation, mulching, and planting
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies from company vehicles
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and presentable throughout the workday
• Follow crew leader instructions and complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
• Assist with seasonal cleanup, leaf removal, and other grounds care services

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Valid driver's license is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
