What You’ll Do:
Support climbers and crew by managing ropes and lowering limbs safely
Drag brush and feed limbs into the chipper
Cut logs and brush with a chainsaw
Maintain a clean, safe job site (cleaning up wood, tools, and debris)
Assist in loading tools, setting up traffic cones, and preparing the work zone
Help maintain and inspect equipment as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Must be dependable and show up on time consistently
Must consistently wear personal protective equipment and follow strict safety protocols
Able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather
Comfortable working around chainsaws, woodchippers, and heavy machinery
Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
Good communication and a safety-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
Driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
Experience driving trucks and trailers
Previous experience in tree work, landscaping, or construction
Familiarity with chainsaws, ropes, or chipper equipment
CDL, pesticide license, or line clearance experience are bonuses
