Returning AmeriCorps Groundwork Fellows continue to implement strategies to enhance the organization's capacity to serve the community effectively. They support initiatives that engage youth as agents of change within their communities. They also assist in developing systems, tools, and practices to enhance organizational effectiveness. They collaborate with host site staff and community partners to better address community needs. They support data collection and evaluation efforts to measure program outcomes and impact. They maintain program processes, reports, and materials to ensure program sustainability. They demonstrate initiative in leading opportunities for program development and improvement. They also adhere to the Groundwork Fellow project proposal developed by the host site supervisor.
