The team builds strong client partnerships, ensures operational excellence, and helps deliver programs that support brand and organizational goals.Job DescriptionThis role leads a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery, strategic guidance, and strong partnership across teams. The position oversees client relationships, drives growth opportunities, and champions operational excellence. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, the role ensures work is executed with accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a high level of client satisfaction.What You'll Do:Manage a portfolio of accounts and drive overall client successLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client services teamGuide project execution, ensuring compliance with processes and regulatory standardsOversee and manage project budgets, forecasting, and staffing needsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality programsQualificationsRequired:10+ years of client service experience in the advertising industry5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experienceExperience managing $8–12M+ in scope and overseeing multiple brands or large accountsProven ability to build strong client relationships at the Director/Senior Director levelStrong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planningStrong presentation and communication skillsExperience contributing to account planning and identifying client growth opportunitiesKnowledge of US pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulationsAbility to lead client meetings and clearly communicate feedback to internal teamsExperience creating or reviewing scopes of work with project management partnersEnthusiasm for integrating AI into workflowsUniversity degree required; MBA preferredAdditional InformationThe base salary range for this position is between USD $170,000 to $210,000.
