Responsibilities
Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines, strategic direction, and overall project objectives. Remain actively engaged in guiding, developing, and elevating the broader creative team. Partner closely with Strategy to support research, brand positioning, messaging development, and strategic alignment. Lead the development of manifesto, video scripts, and oversee execution from concept through final delivery. Work across multiple accounts establishing creative vision standards and cohesion across brands.
Requirements
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complex medical and scientific concepts into clear, engaging visual ideas. Advanced design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign. Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy across all visual components. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners such as copywriters, account teams, experience designers, technologists, and strategists. Deep understanding of diverse target audiences to create visuals that resonate and communicate effectively. Solid foundational medical knowledge to ensure accuracy and alignment with healthcare industry standards. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, e.g., FDA requirements, to ensure compliant visual communication. Adaptability to evolving medical regulatory and creative landscapes, including comfort with AI-assisted design tools. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas to internal teams and clients. Excellent work-management and critical-thinking skills, including delegation, work review, and the ability to motivate teams to deliver high-quality creative output.
Essential Requirements
5 years of experience at a pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising agency. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual ability across integrated campaigns, visual storytelling, and innovative healthcare-focused design. Bachelors Degree in Design or Related Field. A bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communication, advertising design, or a related field is typically expected. We also consider candidates with degrees in fine arts or other creative disciplines, particularly if supplemented with relevant experience.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
