Job Title:  Group Assistant
Location:  Redmond WA
Salary Range:  $25/hr to $35/hr on W2 

Introduction

Join our dynamic Growth & Experience team within Engineering, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting Client 365 services. This position is an excellent opportunity to cover for an administrative resource on leave and contribute to ongoing team operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting teams and managing administrative operations
• Event, meeting, and logistics coordination experience
• Experience with expense management and reporting
• Proficiency with Client 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Prior work experience at client
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Event, meeting, and logistics coordination experience
• Experience with expense management and reporting
• Experience coordinating morale initiatives and team events

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for the team
• Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics
• Manage space, supplies, and devices
• Support team morale programs and administrative operations
