About the role
HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Jackson, Tennessee. This is an on-call, substitute opportunity-perfect for an instructor who enjoys flexibility and making an impact when needed. Shifts are scheduled as needed between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM, with classes running in short, energizing formats:

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.
Minimum Requirements
Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited class certification required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Compensation: $20 - $35/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
