You'll play a critical role in driving cost accuracy, margin visibility, and financial discipline across food production and garment manufacturing operations.What You'll Be DoingAs a Group Cost Accountant, you will play a key role in leading cost accounting activities across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate costing, strong margin analysis, and effective cost control across the group. You will work closely with production, procurement, supply chain, and commercial teams to standardize costing processes, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making.Cost Accounting & Financial ControlDevelop, maintain, and review standard costing models for food and garment product linesMaintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), recipes, and formulations within NetSuiteAnalyze material, labor, and overhead costs across multiple manufacturing sitesEnsure accurate inventory valuation across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goodsSupport inventory cycle counts and strengthen stock control processesDrive standardization of costing methodologies across all business unitsManufacturing & Margin AnalysisDeliver gross margin analysis by SKU, product category, customer, and channelAnalyze actual vs budget and forecast performance, providing actionable insightsSupport manufacturing cost budgeting and forecasting across group entitiesDevelop KPI dashboards for production cost and margin performanceIdentify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementSystems & Process OwnershipAct as the NetSuite costing lead, ensuring system integrity and optimizationEnsure accurate use of NetSuite manufacturing and inventory modulesSupport improvements in costing workflows and system processesAssist in maintaining consistency of financial data across multiple sitesSupport data accuracy across production and inventory systemsCommercial Support & Decision-MakingSupport capital investment appraisals including equipment, automation, and new production linesProvide financial insight to support operational and commercial decision-makingPartner with operational teams to improve cost efficiency and profitabilityTranslate financial data into meaningful business insights for stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForPart-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or actively studying)3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing cost accountingStrong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (manufacturing & inventory modules essential)Strong understanding of food manufacturing costing (yield, wastage, shelf life, batch costing)Strong understanding of garment manufacturing costing (fabric consumption, trims, CMT, seasonal cycles)Advanced Excel and financial modelling skillsStrong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailCommercial awareness with strong operational understandingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in multi-site or group-level environments is highly advantageousWillingness to work in UK business hours.Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, PampangaBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefitsA company that's growing with stability, vision, and momentumFun, supportive, and collaborative cultureGreat clients you'll actually enjoy working withClear focus on work–life balanceReal career growth opportunities as the business expandsOngoing learning and professional development opportunitiesGet covered from Day 1 with HMO benefits for you and up to 2 dependents.#J-18808-Ljbffr
