Job Description
Responsible for providing low-impact exercise instruction and fitness education for the community. Demonstrates competence in the application of group exercise/movement principles, with awareness of safety measures. Must communicate effectively, maintain objectivity and deal sensitively with diverse populations. Ensures quality and appropriateness of instruction/services and demonstrates the ability to incorporate knowledge of participant age, physical abilities and other factors. Estimated pay range for this position is $29.75 / hour depending on shift as applicable.
Degrees:
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification.
- Basic Life Support.
Additional Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of group exercise experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years
